At Madmen Merch, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Due to the personalized nature of many of our items, our returns and refunds policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining production efficiency.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or offer refunds only if:
- The product arrives defective or damaged
- An incorrect item, size, or customization is sent due to our error
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and must include clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products with designs provided or approved by the customer
- Minor color or sizing variations caused by manufacturing processes
- Items delayed due to courier or customs clearance
3. How to Start a Return or Refund
To initiate a claim, email us at team@madmenrecords.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started. After that, all sales are final.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
