All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom orders or bulk production may require additional time depending on the complexity and quantity. We will notify you if production delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer domestic and international shipping via trusted courier services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery method.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after dispatch
• International: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or seasonal demand.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates depend on the courier’s scanning schedule and may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
